Oxygen is widely used in industry. Metallurgy, mining, wastewater treatment, etc. can all use oxygen to improve production efficiency and product quality. But when it comes to choosing a suitable oxygen generator, you need to understand several core parameters, namely flow, purity, pressure, altitude, dew point, and if it is a foreign region, you may also need to confirm the local current system;

At present, the oxygen generators on the market are basically customized products. They are manufactured entirely according to customer needs. The more customers understand their own needs, the more the equipment will fit the actual use requirements; otherwise, there will be problems such as insufficient system capacity or idle capacity.

Usually, the first step to understand the demand is to understand the use of oxygen. Professional manufacturers can come up with a rough equipment configuration framework based on the use of oxygen. The next step is to adjust the configuration appropriately according to some special requirements; Of course, if the equipment is used in a special area, such as in some high-altitude areas or abroad, then the equipment configuration must consider the local oxygen content, temperature and pressure factors, otherwise the equipment will be out of touch with the actual demand in the calculation of the flow and purity of the product gas; In addition, the local power output system is also confirmed in advance to avoid problems in use. Among the core parameters of the equipment, the flow rate is undoubtedly one of the important parameters. It represents how much gas the user needs, and the unit of measurement is Nm3/h. Then there is oxygen purity, which represents the proportion of oxygen content in the output gas. Secondly, pressure refers to the outlet pressure of the equipment, which is generally 0.3-0.5MPa. If the process requires a higher pressure, it can also be pressurized as needed. Finally, the dew point represents the water content in the gas. The lower the dew point, the less water in the gas. The atmospheric pressure dew point of oxygen produced by the PSA oxygen generator is ≤-40℃. If it needs to be lower, you can also consider adding a desiccant dryer or a combined dryer.

The above parameters are all to be confirmed before the industrial oxygen generator is customized; as long as the parameters are accurate, the manufacturer can provide a more reasonable, economical and applicable system configuration solution.
