After the installation and commissioning of the medical gas source is completed, the medical gas source must be accepted in accordance with the regulations. The specific acceptance steps are described in detail in the "Technical Specifications for Medical Gas Engineering" GB50751-0212;

        1. After the compressor has been running continuously at 1/4 of the rated flow for 24 hours, the quality of medical air and instrument air at the gas source sampling port should meet the relevant regulations;

        2. The compressor, vacuum pump, automatic switching and operation function tests should be carried out;

        3. The medical oxygen source switching, bus switching, standby gas source, emergency standby gas source operation function and alarm tests should be carried out;

        4. The standby gas source and emergency standby gas source reserves or pressure should be lower than the specified value. Related functions and alarm tests should be carried out;

        5. Other functions and alarm tests required by this specification and the equipment or system integrator should be carried out.

In addition to the above tests, the acceptance of the medical oxygen source system should also be carried out when the subsystem functions are fully connected and the gas source equipment other than the medical oxygen source is used to supply gas, and the gas pipeline operating pressure and flow should be tested, and the following regulations should be met:

        1. The short-term flow rate within 3s at the terminal components of medical oxygen and medical air in the life support area should be able to reach 170L/min;

        2. In each main pipeline branch of the medical air and medical oxygen system, when the average typical use flow at the terminal component with a leakage flow of 20% is achieved, the system pressure should meet the requirements in the following table.

Finally, except for instrument air or nitrogen, dental air, the difference between the medical oxygen concentration at the terminal component and the gas source outlet should not exceed 1%.
