1. During the transportation of VPSA oxygen production equipment, it is strictly forbidden to invert, collide, rain or vibrate violently.

2. The packaged oxygen production equipment should be stored in a room with a relative humidity of no more than 80%, no corrosive gas and good ventilation.

Safety precautions for VPSA oxygen production system equipment

1. Except for staff, it is strictly forbidden for others to enter and exit the oxygen production station where the oxygen production equipment is located at will.

2. Smoking and using fire are strictly prohibited within the boundary of the oxygen production station. If fire maintenance is required, adequate safety measures must be taken, and construction can only be carried out after inspection and approval by the security inspection department.

3. The boundary area of the oxygen station should be kept clean and tidy, and no flammable and explosive items should be allowed. It is also not allowed to pile up other items that hinder the smooth flow of pedestrians.

4. Operators must undergo safety education and learning and internship on operating methods before taking up their posts, and independently master the operating methods of oxygen equipment before they can take up their posts.

5. Operators must be dressed neatly and operate the equipment strictly in accordance with the provisions of the instruction manual.

6. At the entrance of the oxygen station gate and in conspicuous places in the oxygen station, there must be warning signs such as "No fireworks" and "Be careful".

7. The oxygen station should be equipped with small dry powder fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting supplies.

8. The pressure gauge used in the oxygen equipment should be inspected annually and sealed with lead after passing the inspection.

9. Before the equipment is depressurized, any maintenance work related to pressure is strictly prohibited.

10. Check the air tightness of equipment pipelines and fittings regularly. If leakage is found, repair it in time. The equipment can be started only after acceptance.

11. It is recommended to use explosion-proof safety circuits for lighting and ventilation facilities of oxygen production stations.

12. Before starting each set of equipment for the first time, all aspects of the system should be carefully checked to confirm that the equipment has not been damaged during transportation and loading and unloading.

13. The raw material used by oxygen production equipment is air, so the oxygen production station should be well ventilated in the oxygen production area and the surrounding air should not be polluted.
