Outdoors, we often see box-type PSA oxygen generator systems; the so-called box-type PSA oxygen generator system is actually a PSA oxygen generator system installed in a container-type square cabin; the box here is also called a square cabin.

The square cabin is generally understood as a container-type house with a fixed or expandable volume; it is a box-type workroom with protective performance and can be transported. The production standard of the square cabin is based on the container and is higher than the container standard.

However, people who are familiar with PSA oxygen generators and containers may know that the working environment of the PSA oxygen generator needs to be well ventilated and the temperature cannot be too low, while ordinary containers are not designed for air circulation in addition to limited space. There is a contradiction between the two. In order to keep the oxygen generator in a good working environment, the ventilation, heat dissipation and insulation problems of the container square cabin need to be thoroughly solved.

Therefore, when Zhongcheng Aerospace selects container-type cabins, it generally requires that sufficiently large fans and shutters be installed on the cabin walls for ventilation. They are generally placed at the air compressor and the booster to avoid high temperatures in both places. In addition, a special exhaust hood will be set up to lead the hot air from the air compressor out of the cabin, and the analytical gas from the main engine will also be led out of the cabin through a pipe. Axial fans will also be installed on the cabinet walls to force exhaust when ventilation is poor or the ambient temperature is high. In terms of thermal insulation, an electric heating fan will be installed in the container, and an ambient temperature sensor will be installed on the control cabinet to control the start and stop of the fan. At the same time, a window will be set on the air duct of the air compressor to dissipate heat to the room, so that when the ambient temperature is low, the hot air discharged from the air compressor can be used to increase the ambient temperature in the box, saving heating energy.
