The oxygen supply equipment used in oxygen supply hotels is not a machine, but a system. It consists of four parts: oxygen production system (oxygen source), oxygen-enriched transmission and distribution pipelines, control system and oxygen-enriched oxygen supply terminal.
The working principle of this system is to deliver oxygen that meets the human inhalation standards to each room to increase the oxygen content in the room and continuously simulate the oxygen content environment at low altitudes, thereby solving the hypoxia problem of people indoors.
The oxygen source part is the core part of the whole system. Considering the 24-hour uninterrupted operation and economic operation of the equipment, most people will choose PSA pressure swing adsorption oxygen production equipment, which uses air as raw material to separate and enrich oxygen. Its oxygen production cost is lower than that of other technologies, and it is suitable for long-term continuous oxygen production and supply. It can provide oxygen that meets the human oxygen inhalation standards (the equipment has a medical device production license and a medical device registration certificate), which can ensure the safety of human use.
Then there is the oxygen delivery and distribution pipeline. Because it is necessary to ensure that the oxygen is not contaminated during transportation, food-grade 304 stainless steel and degreased copper pipes will be used; equipped with a delivery and voltage stabilization device to deliver oxygen to each room.
The control system is equivalent to the brain of the entire system; it can display and record the main operating parameters of the system in real time, including the equipment operation status, time, oxygen flow, purity, pressure, etc. will be monitored and displayed. The system will also automatically switch the working unit according to the purity and pressure, and has functions such as timing switch. Of course, you can also choose a remote wireless monitoring system to achieve remote control and detection of the operating status of the product; in this way, there is no need for a dedicated person to be on duty, and you can also understand the operating status of the equipment anytime and anywhere.
The oxygen-enriched oxygen supply terminal is a device that can reach the oxygen inhaler. There are two common types: diffuse oxygen supply terminal and distributed oxygen supply terminal. The diffuse oxygen supply terminal is similar to central air conditioning and fresh air outlet, which can meet the needs of multiple people to breathe oxygen at the same time; the distributed oxygen supply terminal can be nasal or mask type, suitable for single use; generally speaking, the distributed oxygen supply effect will be better than the diffuse oxygen supply effect in the short term.
The working condition of the diffuse oxygen supply terminal will be detected, monitored and controlled by the oxygen-enriched environment controller. When the various parameters of the indoor oxygen-enriched environment do not meet the set values, the diffuse oxygen supply terminal will be automatically started and stopped, and adjusted to keep the oxygen-enriched environment within the set range.
In addition to the above functions, the entire system must also comply with the relevant national building ventilation standards and fire safety standards, which can make the oxygen-enriched environment safer and more reliable, and the oxygen breathing experience more fresh and comfortable.
