The humidity and temperature of the air have a direct impact on the molecular sieve oxygen production system, especially in the southern part of China, where the climate is hot and humid, and the moisture content in the air is high, which is not friendly to the molecular sieve oxygen production system.
On the one hand, it will reduce the service life of the molecular sieve in the equipment. On the other hand, long-term high temperature environment may cause the air compressor and refrigerated dryer in the system to fail to work properly, which also means that the heat dissipation capacity of the machine room needs to be higher.
In fact, in addition to the above two problems, high temperature and humidity will also corrode the tiny electronic components in the system, accelerate the aging of components, and increase the system failure rate. These are not conducive to the efficient operation of the equipment, so as a professional manufacturer, we must pay close attention and handle them properly.
In view of the characteristics of high temperature and humid climate, CanGas oxygen production system will formulate a series of optimization measures when selecting the oxygen production system:
1. Add cooling and water removal devices to the system pipelines.
2. Select high temperature resistant air compressors and refrigerated dryers to increase the air handling capacity of the cold dryer.
3. Improve the air convection circulation in the machine room to keep the indoor temperature within the ideal range.
4. Try to select high-temperature resistant electronic components to slow down the aging of electronic components in the system and reduce the system failure rate.
